Bigger Planes

In 1999, Boyle spent four months of his off-season flying larger planes for an Alaskan freight company. This gave him the opportunity to practice flying different planes, and to observe the workings of another successful flight operation. By adopting some of the record-keeping and dispatching methods he saw in use at the freight company, Boyle has been able to improve the efficiency of his back-office work and free up more time for flying.
